Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Note that there may be shipping restrictions concerning deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska.

When do orders ship and what shipping options are available?
All orders received by 6 p.m. Eastern time ship the next business day. Orders received after 6 p.m. ship in two business days.

Primarily, ExceedFoods.com ships through FedEx. See details and compare options at FedEx.com. Please note that not all FedEx services and customizations are available, nor will they work best with all kinds of products. FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery are not available to P.O. Boxes and or APO/FPO addresses. All FedEx orders will include the Indirect Signature Option.

We have provided the USPS Parcel Post option for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. USPS Parcel Post is comparable to FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, except that delivery takes 1–2 business days longer. See more details at USPS.com. Note that orders cannot be tracked while in transit. All Parcel Post orders include charges for Signature Confirmation and Insured Mail.

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping costs for orders from ExceedFoods.com depend on the shipping option you choose. When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery costs based on your shipping option, total weight of order and distance from our distribution center in Bronx, NY. After placing your order, you will see the shipping fee in your confirmation e-mail.

Shipping rates for all items are weight-based, as noted on the product page. As mandated by the shipping company, the total weight of a package is rounded up to the next full pound.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a link to track the shipment on FedEx.com or USPS.com, where you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Note that USPS Parcel Post orders cannot be tracked while in transit.

What if I miss a delivery?
FedEx: When you miss a delivery, FedEx personnel will leave a slip at your door with the next delivery date and other instructions. The company will re-attempt delivery up to three times, after which the package will be shipped back to us. Alternately, you can call FedEx (1.800.GoFedEx) to pick up your package at their nearest distribution center.

USPS: When you miss a delivery, USPS personnel will leave a peach colored form at your door or in your mailbox with the next delivery date and other instructions. The company will re-attempt delivery a second time (up to 5 days after receipt of first notice), after which the package will be shipped back to us. Alternately, you can visit your local post office to pick up your package. Packages will be held up to 10 days.
